A privately owned, high-growth supplier to the UK's takeaway and casual dining sector is seeking a commercially driven Managing Director to lead the business through its next phase of development.

With a loyal customer base and daily deliveries across England and Wales, the business is a key player in its specialist food product niche. It has built a reputation for excellent service, dependable logistics, and strong client relationships, supplying a range of establishments from independent takeaways to national foodservice chains.

The Opportunity

• Take full strategic and operational ownership of a £28M turnover business
• Oversee commercial, financial, and day-to-day operations to ensure sustainable growth
• Enhance systems, processes and team capability to support scale
• Drive market expansion and operational efficiency
• Lead a committed team through a period of positive transformation
• Act as a trusted advisor to the founders and a key driver of long-term value

• Proven senior leadership experience in foodservice, wholesale, FMCG, or distribution
• Track record of driving commercial growth and operational improvement
• Strong financial, operational and people leadership capabilities
• Experience within founder-led or family-owned businesses is highly desirable
• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a strong customer focus
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Midlands (Warwickshire HQ)

• £125,000 basic salary + up to 30% performance bonus
