Executive Director - Connecting front office talent with Investment Management & Advisory firms

Venture Search is partnered with a leading Investment Bank, recognized globally for its excellence in Secondaries. As a leader in the industry, they are expanding their Private Capital Advisory team by adding a senior individual to the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of Secondaries transactions, with a main focus on GP-led deals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape within the Private Capital and Secondaries space.
• Work with the origination team to identify and onboard clients to the platform.
• Analyse and interpret relevant data to inform investment strategies and client recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the team's overall success.
• Identify potential risks associated with transactions and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Secondaries, at an Investment Bank or an Advisory firm.
• Proven track record in originating & executing GP-Led secondaries transactions.
• Strong LBO modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationship.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
