Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of a bold 3-year growth plan, positioning the business for long-term success.
  • Analyse markets, trends, and competitors to deliver innovative strategies that keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Develop and launch new services that generate sustainable returns and enhance our customer offering.
  • Set the vision for sales, driving year-on-year growth and ensuring ambitious targets are achieved.
  • Shape and execute impactful marketing campaigns, including cutting-edge digital strategies.
  • Define pricing models that balance customer value with commercial performance.
  • Build lasting partnerships through exceptional service delivery and trust.
  • Expand client relationships with cross-selling and growth strategies that increase retention and loyalty.

Operational Excellence

Requirements / Qualifications

With experience in a multi-site, route-based or consumables-led business, you understand how to get the best from distribution networks and large fleets while maintaining outstanding customer service. You know how to balance efficiency with growth, and you thrive on leading teams to deliver consistently at scale.
