Drayton, South Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom. We are a fast-growing B2B food ingredients business supplying ingredients solutions to leading food manufacturers across the UK and mainland Europe. With ambitious plans to double in size over the next five years, we are seeking a Managing Director to lead the next stage of its journey.

This role carries full P&L responsibility across operations, R&D, commercial, and finance. The successful candidate will set and deliver strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and act as the figurehead for the business with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Commercially astute, inspirational leader with a strong background in food or ingredients.
• Proven experience scaling growing businesses in lean, entrepreneurial environments.
• Ability to engage confidently at board level and with external partners.
• Seeking to shape and grow a specialist ingredients business at an exciting inflection point.
