The Opportunity As Managing Director, you will report directly to the Owner and lead a high-performing senior leadership team. Your role will be to shape and deliver strategic growth, build commercial partnerships, and uphold a culture centred on excellence, innovation, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute growth strategies across existing and new markets, diversifying the business’s service offering while championing its sustainability mission. • Commercial & Financial Performance: Drive profitability, manage P&L, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and develop new B2B and commercial partnerships. • Operational Excellence: Ensure high-quality service delivery across field operations, workshops, and customer support.
