This company is an agile SME multi-disciplinary consultancy that is based in Yorkshire. The company’s multi-disciplinary team includes chartered Consultants who works across a broad range of techncial areas such as Planning. The company’s portfolio includes work within residential, urban regeneration, renewable energy, commercial, industrial and agricultural planning.
The Requirement
There exists the strategic requirement to recruit a Managing Director for the business. The newly appointed MD will lead the business through the next phase of success and continued profitable growth. The ideal candidate will commit their long term future to the company. The core purpose of the role is to take overall responsibility for the company's operations, strategic growth, governance, processes, performances and to drive profitable growth.
Key Accountabilities
* Provide overall leadership, direction and motivation to all staff
* Develop and implement a clear, cohesive strategy for growth, expansion, and overall business success, aligned with long-term goals and board objectives.
* Drive the business forward strategically to help achieve growth targets
* Analyse the systems, governance, processes and procedures in place and change and enhance where necessary, to make the business run more efficiently and effectively
