Momentum has been exclusively assigned by a leading UK manufacturer of injection moulded parts to recruit a Managing Director who will have full P&L responsibility for a business with a T/O of £20m+ and 150+ employees. The role is being recruited as the current MD will be moving to a subsidiary group business once a new MD is appointed. Known for delivering high-quality plastic components to clients across the automotive, medical, consumer goods, and industrial sectors, the Managing Director will take full responsibility for the leadership, development, and performance of the business. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality products to our UK customer base.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall operations of the business, including production, engineering, quality, sales, and finance. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
