Managing Director - Residential Lettings

Location: North West, UK

Salary: £100,000 - £140,000 per annum

We are delighted to be supporting our client, a rapidly growing property management and lettings business, in the appointment of a Managing Director . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader within residential lettings to take ownership of a well-established operation, driving strategic growth while overseeing the day-to-day running of the business.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sizeable portfolio of over 5,000 units, managing a team of 50+ staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to landlords and tenants alike. Reporting into the wider leadership team (COO, CFO, CEO), you will take full accountability for financial performance, operational delivery, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the lettings and management business to ensure continued growth and success

Oversee all operational aspects including budgets, financial performance, and P&L

Manage and motivate a team of 50+ staff, including direct reports
