A leading luxury Wellness and leisure group in London is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to oversee full operational and commercial performance, with a clear pathway to CEO within 18–24 months.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all daily operations with full P&L accountability.
Drive business growth, innovation, and new revenue opportunities.
Develop and mentor senior leadership, ensuring high service and brand standards.
Implement strategic plans across finance, marketing, and operations.
Oversee expansion initiatives, acquisitions, and performance KPIs.
Collaborate closely with the Founder and Creative Director to align commercial and creative goals.
Ideal Profile
Proven leader at MD, Operations Director, or Regional Director level.
Background in luxury hospitality, premium leisure, or lifestyle brands.
Strong track record in operational excellence and business growth.
Strategic yet hands-on, with exceptional financial and people leadership.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to advance to CEO.
