We are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Director to work at our Sheffield site.

Operating from it's UK manufacturing sites in Oldham and Sheffield, the company has premium engineering facilities totalling over 150,000 sqft. The Manufacturing Director will lead all aspects of production and operations at the company's laser cutting facility at our Sheffield site. This senior leadership role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacture of precision components and assemblies, aligning with customer specifications, compliance standards, and business growth objectives. The postholder will develop and implement strategies to optimise throughput, maintain competitive cost structures, and foster continuous improvement across all manufacturing functions.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead site operations across production, maintenance, and site infrastructure. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory standards applicable to industry.
