JOB PROFILE

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing strategies, managing marketing automation platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and enhancing lead management processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to increased engagement, lead conversion, and revenue growth.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, digital, and other relevant channels.
• Manage and optimize processes in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Maintain and improve lead scoring models to better align sales and marketing efforts.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and automation workflows.
• Ensure email marketing best practices are followed, including deliverability, compliance, and engagement strategies.
• Segment and personalize marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and report key insights, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to refine lead nurturing processes and align with business goals.
• Work cross-functionally with content, design, and development teams to create compelling campaign assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in marketing campaign management, email marketing, or related roles.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of lead management processes and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Ability to create and optimize customer journeys through automation workflows.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of email compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Familiarity with SEO, paid search, and paid social media.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
