Overview

Marketing Director – Relocation to Dubai. We are working with a leading global brand at the centre of youth culture that is looking to hire a Marketing Director to lead on an exciting growth phase for the brand.

You will be a strategic leader who is driven as much by trends as data, turning insight into creative ideas that generate love for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and deliver international marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets, tailoring strategies to local cultures and trends while remaining true to the brand.
  • Build, inspire, and energise a high-performing, cross-cultural marketing team, developing capabilities in line with exciting growth plans.
  • Sit as part of the leadership team, work collaboratively with sales, operations, HR, and other core parts of the business.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of youth culture, customer segments, and emerging trends; translate insights into powerful narratives and campaigns.
  • Champion brand consistency across every touchpoint; brand, digital, experiential, partnerships, and beyond.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2C marketing (agency and/or in-house)
  • Proven experience leading and building high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong experience with analytics and AI marketing tools.
  • Experience pushing creative boundaries and coming up with out-of-the-box ideas

Location & Workplace

  • Dubai
  • Full-time office-based
  • Support with relocation to Dubai will be offered
