The Role
Join us as a Marketing Director and help us build the future of data sovereignty! We are seeking a highly skilled individual to grow our team and play a pivotal role in driving our organisation's continuous innovation and growth.
As a Marketing Director, you will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of all marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation. You will oversee all aspects of marketing — including brand, digital, content, and demand generation — ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Working closely with sales, product, and executive leadership, you will shape how the company is positioned in the market and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness and drive growth across all channels
- Lead a high-performing marketing department across brand, digital, content, and communications disciplines
- Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and nurture customer relationships
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and website optimisation to improve engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align go‑to‑market strategies, product launches, and messaging
- Establish and track KPIs for campaign performance, customer acquisition, and ROI; present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring spend is optimised to deliver measurable results
- Drive brand consistency and storytelling across all marketing and communication touchpoints
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
- Represent the voice of the customer, shaping messaging and strategies that resonate with target audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or equivalent senior marketing leadership role ideally within the technology industry
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand visibilityStrong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance measurement tools
- Experience leading and scaling cross‑functional marketing teams
- Excellent strategic thinking and creative storytelling skills
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing decisions
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with sales, product, and executive teams
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a passion for developing talent and fostering innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus)
