Marketplace is a new online venture for Tesco, allowing customers to shop for a wide range of third-party products alongside groceries. Initial focus will be on pet food, health and beauty, and alcohol, with sellers fulfilling orders directly. Join us and be a key part of a collaborative team delivering better service to our customers, communities, and the planet.

As an innovator, you'll work with various teams within Tesco, gaining expertise in the Marketplace model. We are shaping Tesco's future, and your contributions will be vital.

Responsibilities:

• Support sellers using the Tesco Marketplace platform
• Monitor the quality of products on Marketplace
• Assist sellers in maintaining and growing their businesses
• Manage KPIs and create reporting processes
• Act as SME for seller performance and compliance
• Ensure sellers adhere to Tesco Marketplace guidelines
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement, Product/Tech, and other teams to resolve issues

• Proficient in data manipulation, especially MS Excel
• Ability to quickly learn multiple product systems
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in online retail
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
