An industry leading mechanical & electrical building services specialist are currently recruiting a M&E Project Director, in accordance with a major mixed use commercial new build development located within Central London. The business predominantly provides M&E design and installation services to the commercial office, data centre, education, healthcare, hotel & leisure, and residential sectors while working in partnership with a range of blue-chip main contractors.

This role presents the opportunity for an individual to join a market leading M&E building services contractor and in turn gaining exposure to some of the UK’s most complex & interesting construction projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Attend pre-tender meetings.
• Oversee preconstruction & procurement processes.
• Management of site personnel (including schedule of works).
• Ensuring projects are delivered in a timely & efficient manner.
• Commercial acumen, regularly liaising with the internal commercial team with regards to costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.
• Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, third party subcontractors and internal teams.
• Build & maintain relationships with clients & supply chain.
• MEP project management & site coordination.
• Ensure HSE standards are adhered too.

Qualifications/ Education
