Seeking a Partnerships Senior Manager or Director to join a fast-growing digital publisher of independent medical education and industry news for the global online healthcare professional (HCP) community. They produce a wide variety of digital media content for world-leading online video journals, and provide CME, elearning, scientific workshops and advisory boards.

In this business development role, you will identify, build and strengthen partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, research institutes, medical research foundations and societies to support the expansion of education in each disease area – oncology, haematology and neurology. The majority of time will be spent on new business generation within oncology and neurology spaces.

Everything you need to know about the role

This role will drive sales revenues and sponsorships across the business, and gain financial support for the expansion of education across all channels and platforms.

• Lead the Partnerships strategy in order to deliver company targets
• Identify, connect and acquire leads for new, potential supporters
• Attend medical congresses internationally across the three key disease areas (haematology, oncology and neurology) to identify, meet with and build new relationships with potential partners

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

• Prior experience in a sales environment in the medical education space
• Rigorous prospecting skills, experience dealing with wide range of people
• Excellent abilities to build and maintain rapport as an ambassador of the company
