Blank Space Recruitment is seeking a senior New Business Development Director to join a global full‑service events and communications agency that delivers cutting‑edge experiences for high profile clients, predominantly in the healthcare and pharma sector.

About the role

A highly autonomous yet collaborative 360 sales role you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities to drive revenue and elevate the agency’s global brand presence. Your day‑to‑day activities will include unearthing leads, prospecting, qualifying opportunities, responding to RFPs, leading pitch processes, and securing contracts. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, co‑creating winning pitch responses, and will travel to events where necessary.

About you

A proven background in new business development within the events, exhibitions, and production industry. Client industry knowledge within pharmaceutical or life‑sciences events/communications is a huge advantage but not essential. You bring experience owning the entire sales cycle, networking across industry events, and securing new agency business.
