The Opportunity – Rainmaker Non-Executive Director
We’re seeking an experienced and influential individual to serve as a Rainmaker Non-Executive Director. This is a high-impact business development role, focused on leveraging your established network to generate qualified introductions and offering strategic guidance to our leadership team as we expand our footprint across the North-West region.
The Rainmaker Opportunity
Our North West division is seeking a well-connected, experienced business leader to serve as a Rainmaker Non-Executive Director. This is fundamentally a business development role, leveraging your established network to generate qualified introductions whilst providing strategic guidance for our leadership team to build our presence and reputation across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Open Doors: Use your established network to secure meetings with key decision-makers in target organisations.
- Generate Opportunities: Deliver at least 5 high-quality introductions per month that have strong commercial potential.
- Drive Growth: Support client acquisition across a range of industries and functions.
- Shape Strategy: Bring valuable insights to help refine our market positioning and go-to-market approach.

- Influential Networker: A strong and credible network of senior decision-makers including CFOs, Finance Directors, CPOs, HR Directors and other influential leaders.
- Proven Business Developer: Demonstrated success in making introductions that lead to tangible commercial outcomes.
- Strategic Partner: A trusted advisor who can provide meaningful input into business strategy, service development, and market expansion.
- Brand Ambassador: A professional who can confidently represent SF Recruitment at the highest levels.

Beyond Introductions:
This is more than just a networking role. You will:
- Attend monthly board meetings with our North West Leadership team and offer commercial and strategic input
- Support the development of our client proposition and service offering
- Help identify new market opportunities and industry trends
- Explore and support strategic alliances and commercial partnerships
