- Leading & mentoring the reception team to ensure a first-class front-of-house experience \n\t
- Supporting Facilities & Building Management – keeping everything running like clockwork \n\t
- Managing all things Health & Safety – compliance has never looked so slick \n\t
- Partnering with HR on onboarding and employee experience \n\t
- Offering PA-level support to Directors – from diary wizardry to top-tier admin \n\t
- Jumping into project support, office management, and event coordination \n\t
- Handling daily ad-hoc magic to keep the office vibe high and the team running smoothly \n
This is a brilliant step-up role for someone with 1–2 years of experience in office coordination, reception, or admin – who’s ready to elevate their career and take ownership in a truly exciting business. MUST have experience leading a team also!
