Core Responsibilities of an Online Business Manager

  • Set business goals, priorities, and growth strategies to share and promote our personal development programs and events
  • Translate business objectives into actionable projects and marketing initiatives

2. Operations & Systems

  • Manage day-to-day online marketing operations and improve efficiency (projects, timelines, deliverables)
  • Manage online tools, CRMs, and platforms that support marketing, sales, and client delivery
  • Track KPIs and generate reports to evaluate business performance
  • Grow and manage marketing and client supporting teams
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to help team members perform at their best

4. Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Support the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Manage client onboarding
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, partnerships, or market expansion
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Track income, expenses, and profitability
  • Ensure smooth integration of payment systems, invoicing, and financial tools
