Role Description

This is a contract role for an Operation Executive, based in Manchester with hybrid work options available. The Operation Executive will manage daily operations, analyze data, and oversee operational activities. Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. The role demands both office presence and the flexibility to work from home as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making
• Ability to work independently and within a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role in the immigration or service industry is a plus
• Chinese and English is mandatory
