We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Operations Director to join our innovative B2B exhibitions and trade show business. This is your chance to take the lead on operational strategy and delivery for high-profile events, working closely with cross-functional teams to create exceptional experiences for exhibitors and attendees.
As Operations Director, you’ll oversee every operational aspect, from venue selection and supplier negotiations to on-site execution and post-event analysis, while driving innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across multiple domestic and international events.
What you’ll be doing
Define and implement operational strategies to deliver world-class exhibitions and trade shows. Lead and develop the Operations Team, hiring and mentoring top talent. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment across all departments.
