A truly unique opportunity to join a market leading facilities management business in the newly created role in the business of Operations Director.
The is a key role for the business where you will be pivotal in developing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with clients and key stakeholders. The expectation is that you will provide excellent Operational leadership ultimately be responsible for the smooth day to day running of contracts within your remit. A technical background would be an advantage however not essential as there is adequate knowledge and technical experience within the wider leadership team.
This role will be to manage a multitude of clients across the Middle of the UK where you will be expected to take full accountability for over 20+ Clients with a combined contract value of Circa £10Million. The ideal location for this candidate is around the East or West Midlands region and you must be prepared to travel as and when required for this role.
