Our Client who are a well established privately owned 3pl are looking to recruit a Operations Director level role due to continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
To lead and motivate a large Transport Department.
To manage a large P&L in excess of £60-70m.
To drive continuous improvement across multiple locations.
To ensure the business unit is operating safely and compliant.
To develop new and existing team members.
Your Requirements:
At least 2-3 years experience in a similar level role.
CPC Qualified.
Flexibility to travel to multiple locations.
Forward thinking and growth mindset.
Proven track record in delivering successful operational changes.
Previous Financial Budget responsibility.
