OverviewWe are looking for an exceptional individual to join the Senior Leadership Team at Aston University STEM Education Academy Trust (AUSEAT) as Operations Director. The successful candidate will have day-to-day responsibility for the operations function of AUSEAT, including Estates and IT, under the direction of an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO & Executive Principal).You will be joining us at an exciting time; building on the previous success of AUEA, we have established AUSEAT, our new Multi Academy Trust, incorporating the AUEA UTC and Aston University Mathematics School. These changes bring the opportunity to establish new, innovative systems and processes, and you will be a key agent of this change. We have a small but committed Operations team, and we want you to support and develop them in their career.ResponsibilitiesHold day-to-day responsibility for the operations function of AUSEAT, including Estates and IT.Work under the direction of the CEO & Executive Principal.Support and develop the Operations team in their career progression.Help establish new, innovative systems and processes within the MAT.Deliver a top-quality service to students, staff and stakeholders.Apply a risk-based approach to compliance and operations.QualificationsIdeally an experienced operator within a SAT/MAT or FE setting.A track record of delivering high-quality service to students, staff and stakeholders.Understanding and application of risk-based compliance.Demonstrates a values-led approach in line with the organisation's principles.How to applyIf this sounds like you, please apply below or contact Ben Stone, Chief Financial and Operations Officer, at ben.stone@auea.co.uk for an informal discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
