We are working with a great, SME education provider, who are on the hunt for an Operations Director to join the business. This is a pivotal role for the business and requires a senior operator who has extensive experience within state education Contract Catering.

Overseeing an established team of Operations/Area Managers and a portfolio of 100+ education contractsContract mobilisations, retention and development are a key part of this roleMentoring, onboarding, and training your senior teamYou will be involved in the tender process as the company growsBuilding and developing client relationships

Contract Catering experience at a senior level is a must, ideally within state educationExcellent communication skillsA ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine love for cateringYour passion will be service and standardsFinancially astuteYou will be an outstanding leader, motivator and have a degree of gravitasA deep understanding of delivering for demanding clients
