Operations Director – West Midlands – Contract Catering Education - £75k - £80k

We are working with a great, SME education provider, who are on the hunt for an Operations Director to join the business. This is a pivotal role for the business and requires a senior operator who has extensive experience within state education Contract Catering.

About the role

  • Overseeing an established team of Operations/Area Managers and a portfolio of 100+ education contracts
  • Contract mobilisations, retention and development are a key part of this role
  • Mentoring, onboarding, and training your senior team
  • You will be involved in the tender process as the company grows
  • Building and developing client relationships
  • Ideal Operations Director -

  • Contract Catering experience at a senior level is a must, ideally within state education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine love for catering
  • Your passion will be service and standards
  • Financially astute
  • You will be an outstanding leader, motivator and have a degree of gravitas
  • A deep understanding of delivering for demanding clients
