A leading London restaurant group known for its high-volume venues, live energy, and guest-first culture is hiring an Operations Director to oversee its growing portfolio of sites.

The Role

You’ll take full accountability for:

  • Overseeing multiple restaurants across London, ensuring consistency of brand and operational standards
  • Leading and developing General Managers to drive performance and culture
  • Managing budgets, financial targets, and long-term strategic goals
  • Partnering with ownership on new initiatives and commercial growth
  • Championing people, culture, and hospitality at scale


About You

  • Proven multi-site leadership experience (premium casual or large-scale restaurant environments)
  • Strong financial and analytical ability
  • Ability to build, inspire, and retain high-performing teams
