Main duties of the job

Are you a dynamic, experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care across diverse settings? We are seeking an Operations Director to oversee a portfolio of specialist services supporting both children and adults with complex needs across multiple locations.As Operations Director, you will be responsible for the operational performance, occupancy, quality assurance, and strategic development of services across Hartlepool, Stockton, Lincoln, Swindon, and Stafford however this is fluid and could change. Working closely with service managers and clinical teams, you will ensure that the care provided is safe, effective, person-centred, and compliant with all regulatory standards.If you're passionate about delivering high standards of care and have the experience to lead complex services across multiple locations, wed love to hear from you.

Job responsibilities

What you'll be working:

Our standard working hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. However, we understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, and therefore, if you require some flexibility to better suit your personal or professional needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences where possible.

This role involves regular travel between services and requires a visible, proactive leadership style to support teams and drive excellence across the region.
