Operations Director (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Senior Leadership Role We are looking for a confident and hands-on Operations Director to join a growing fire protection group on a 12-month maternity cover contract-with the potential to extend. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. You'll oversee core business operations at their Essexoffice, help develop systems for new ventures-including a manufacturing facility -and play a key role in financial planning, HR, reporting, and company-wide optimisation. This role is an exciting oppurtunity for an individual with a wide range of experience, as this role will include helping out and being responsible for various aspects of the Groups business.
