The Director of Operations will support global operations and ongoing expansion across laboratories in the UK, USA, UAE and Malaysia. The role will work closely with the Company’s directors to lead Group Operational delivery while overseeing HR, Quality, IT, Commercial Management and Administration.Key ResponsibilitiesMaximise operational efficiency across all international regions through effective allocation of resources and management of projects.Lead and coordinate the ongoing operations overseas and within the UK facility to ensure work progresses within budget and delivers month‑on‑month financial performance.Direct complex inter‑lab studies to maximise operational capacity in partnership with other regions.Deliver on group budgets, P & L accounts and cash flow to achieve growth targets and improve profitability.Develop a culture that motivates, engages and empowers individuals and attracts top‑quality talent.QualificationsMinimum 5 years board or senior management experience in the oil and gas industry or a complex laboratory service company.Commercial experience of P & L, working capital and capital investment and delivery against capital projects.Direct experience in managing operational delivery, effective scheduling and delivery of multiple complex laboratory projects.Experience in people & culture development and leadership.Knowledge and responsibility for Health and Safety and ISO compliance.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience of best‑in‑class project management principles and techniques.Direct experience in managing operational delivery including effective scheduling and delivery of multiple complex laboratory based projects often requiring services from different labs and/or different international regions.Personal QualitiesPassionate and authentic leader eager to share knowledge and mentor and develop others.Excellent communicator and collaborator.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Celnor Group by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
