Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting a Operations Director to join a specialist engineering organisation based in Derbyshire.

The Operations Director will be responsible for the production and engineering facility, working within the senior leadership team to drive the productivity of the teams, deliver strategic projects and improve processes where necessary.

Up to £90,000

Duties to include: Daily management of a matrix structure including production, technical, engineering, quality and projects Develop processes and capability within the manufacturing teams, processes and facility to deliver against project deadlines and quality requirements Lead and develop the operations team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and increase production capacity Drive operational strategy Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term business objectives.
