We d love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesClient Delivery & Relationship ManagementOversee end-to-end service delivery across both divisionsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat businessIdentify and develop new business opportunities to drive growthProject & Resource ManagementLead multi-disciplinary projects involving internal teams, subcontractors, and partnersPlan and forecast resources to maintain balanced workloads and consistent productivityOperational ExcellenceImplement systems and procedures to enhance efficiencyMonitor service delivery and identify areas for improvementOversee supply chain operations to maximise profitability and customer satisfactionFinancial & Commercial CollaborationPartner with the Commercial Director to deliver projects within agreed profit margins and business goalsLeadership & Team DevelopmentLine manage department heads across operations, health & safety, and logisticsConduct performance reviews and foster a culture of accountability and growthHealth & Safety ComplianceTake overall responsibility for Health & Safety across all operational activitiesEnsure full compliance with legislation and promote a safety-first cultureWhat you ll needEssential:Minimum 10 years experience in senior management roles, ideally with Director-level exposureProven success in leading teams within fast-paced, service-driven environmentsStrong leadership, organisational, and project management capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityExperience in contract development, negotiation, and reviewDesirable:Bachelor s degree in Operations, Business Management, or related fieldILM Level 7 qualificationFamiliarity with JCT and similar contract frameworksWillingness to undertake further professional developmentWhat s in it for you?£100,000 to £120,000 depending on experienceMonday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pmCompany carCompany PensionOnsite parkingLife insurance four times salaryPrivate medical insurance via BupaProfit SharingSick pay after 3 months probation24 days holiday plus Christmas closure #J-18808-Ljbffr
