We require a committed, empathetic, and passionate individual to deliver and exceed client and customer expectations.This role will cover London, M25, and surrounding locations, with 6 Operations Managers reporting to this position.Your key responsibilities as the Operations Director will include:Creating a culture of excellent customer experience within your communityEnsuring legal and company compliance within your strategic area of responsibilityDriving financial growth and exceeding financial targetsBuilding and maintaining external relationships with senior clients to exceed expectations and deliver a competitive advantageOverseeing the Operations Management function within your areaManaging recruitment, training, and development of the operations team to deliver high-quality, financially beneficial servicesSupporting the sales team with site visits, presentations, and bid evaluationsWhat can you bring?We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in contract catering within a multi-site, senior management role. Experience in education catering is advantageous. You should demonstrate leadership, inspiring and motivating large teams, and have proven success working closely with clients.
