A growing business approaching its 20th year of offering consulting and niche engineering and maintenance services, predominantly to the energy, waste and biomass sectors across the UK and Ireland is looking for an Operations Director to take oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring they align with the overall business strategy for the delivery of a competent, efficient and high-performing workforce.

Along with a salary of c£65,000 - £70,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including a performance related bonus up to 20%, a company car/car allowance and a pension scheme. This is an office-based role near Guildford, with occasional UK travel.

As Operations Director, your responsibilities will include:
