An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Director to join a growing provider of EBD children’s residential services in West Yorkshire. This is a senior leadership role with clear growth plans, offering both strategic influence and strong financial reward.

The Role

Provide operational and strategic leadership across 2 established EBD children’s homes, with expansion to 4 homes Lead, mentor, and develop Registered Managers and senior teams Drive quality, safeguarding, and outcomes for children and young people Ensure all homes meet and exceed Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements Play a key role in the registration and launch of new homes Oversee performance, compliance, staffing, and budgets across the portfolio The Package

£75,000 basic salary £6,000 performance-related bonus (£81,000 OTE) Additional £6,000 per annum once two further homes are successfully registered About You
