A fast-growing children’s provider is on the lookout for Operations Directors to spearhead regional growth of high-quality children’s homes across the UK. With new homes pending Ofsted approval and bold plans for expansion, this is your chance to shape, lead, and grow a cluster of services almost like running your own business! About the role:Lead a region of 4–5 children’s homes, with support to acquire properties and build from the ground up.Real autonomy – oversee everything from property, compliance, finance, and Ofsted processes, through to welcoming the first child. We’re looking for:Someone who has opened at least one children’s home and taken it through an Ofsted inspection.
