Provenir seeks a Pan-European Business Development Director for Telco to lead the European telco sales strategy and drive revenue growth for our AI decisioning platform.

About the Role

As Business Development Director, you’ll take full ownership of our Telco sales strategy and execution across the European region. This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role where you’ll drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and champion our AI decisioning platform to enterprise clients in the telco sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the go-to-market strategy across European telco markets
  • Drive new business via outbound active prospecting, lead nurturing, and partner channels
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives at Telco organizations
  • Deliver product demos, tailored solution presentations, and discovery sessions
  • Create and negotiate proposals aligned with customer needs and platform value
  • Track pipeline and activity in CRM; report weekly on forecasts and performance
  • Represent Provenir at Telco and industry events

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in enterprise SaaS or B2B sales (fintech, telco, or AI preferred)
  • Proven success in the European market
  • Experience working with or selling into European Telco companies is essential
  • Ability to sell complex solutions to executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
  • Knowledge of the European Telco ecosystem (existing network is a plus)
