Partnership Director , you'll be the driving force behind securing high-volume national clients (800k+ parcels p.a.) and delivering transformational growth for our business. This is a frontline commercial leadership role where you'll own and grow a portfolio of top-tier corporate clients, closing deals worth 2M+ parcels per year and ensuring a seamless onboarding journey into long-term, profitable partnerships. Take a look at the below to understand what you'll be doing as Partnership Manager: Deliver against stretch goals across volume, revenue, and profit by attracting and securing high-value clients. Self-source and qualify new business – Identify corporate clients and new channels for both domestic and international delivery & returns services. Onboard with impact – Ensure new corporate clients are successfully onboarded, generating parcel volumes in line with agreed forecasts and business expectations. Own your portfolio – Manage an accurate Live, In Discussion & Prospect pipeline in CRM, ensuring visibility, consistency, and a “one Evri” approach. Build strong relationships – Establish and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial trading partnerships with prospects and clients. Shape operational strategy – Build client forecasts to feed into network and capacity planning for all new business wins. Personally oversee new business clients through their early stages before handing over to a Client Manager. Target strategic growth sectors – Proactively source clients in priority categories such as Alcohol, Fresh Food, Flowers and Electronics. Close with confidence – Negotiate and finalise contracts that meet Evri's commercial objectives and set clients up for long-term success. Maintain client satisfaction – Deliver consistent communication, including calls, meetings, and site visits, to drive performance and build trust. Still interested? Great news!

Here's what you'll need to bring: Relevant industry degree or significant experience in ecommerce, logistics, or supply chain. Full UK Driving Licence. Deep understanding of the parcel distribution industry, ideally with DSA/mail experience. Strong network and relationships with corporate retailers. Evidence of owning the customer journey from identification through to contract, onboarding, implementation, and handover. Commercial expertise in P&L, operational cost, and profitability analysis. Experience contributing to contract negotiations and legal input. Excellent communicator with board-level credibility. Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work at pace. At
