Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Wiser Elite Partnership Director – Europe Location: Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the London office (London Bridge) Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer A leading software provider in the tax technology and automation space is seeking a Partnership Director to drive growth across Europe through strategic alliances. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the company’s expansion by leveraging partnerships with Big4 firms and key advisory sector partners. The organization delivers innovative cloud-based solutions that support large multinational enterprises across Tax, Financial, and Regulatory industries. Continued growth has created the need for an experienced leader to develop and scale a thriving partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will join at an exciting time, with the chance to explore new markets and expand the reach of an already successful automation platform. Partnership Director Role The Partnership Director will be responsible for leading and expanding the partner network across Europe. Success in this role will come from building strong alliances, particularly with Big4 firms and other advisory partners, while driving measurable business growth. Ideal Experience

Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships within technology, tax, or financial services sectors, ideally involving Big4 firms or leading advisory groups. Background in partnership management, business development, or channel sales, preferably within software or technology. Strong understanding of tax technology and automation platforms, particularly their role in compliance, reporting, and efficiency. Commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements. Experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies through alliances, including referral generation and inclusion in partner solution recommendations. Ability to build a pipeline by leveraging existing relationships and uncovering new opportunities across Europe. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with influence at senior levels. Knowledge of operational transfer pricing (TP) and VAT in multinational enterprises (desirable). Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture strong relationships with Big4 partners across Europe, with a focus on Tax Technology, Pillar Two, Operational Transfer Pricing (TP), and VAT. Position the company as a preferred software provider by securing referrals and inclusion in solution recommendations. Identify and establish new strategic partnerships within the advisory sector to generate direct sales opportunities. Source and evaluate paid partnership opportunities that deliver qualified client leads. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align partnership strategies with business development goals.
