People & Culture Director The People & Culture Director role offers an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a people strategy that brings the co-ownership culture to life - ensuring every co-owner at Yeo Valley feels that they belong, has influence and has an exciting future. You will be working as a key member of the Executive team to continue to shape and drive the business strategy of Yeo Valley.
