Digital Waffle has partnered with a rapidly expanding marketing agency to find a seasoned Performance Director. As Performance Director, you’ll define what performance marketing means for clients and the agency. You’ll create a unified approach across data, paid media, search, and CRM, and inspire clients, secure new opportunities, align teams under a shared vision, and mentor leaders to grow capability and build the next generation of performance talent.

Salary - Up to £110,000

Location - London (hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Performance Leadership - Provide direction and expertise in all areas of performance marketing, including analytics, paid media, and search.
  • Integrated Marketing Strategy - Design and deliver cross-channel marketing plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Team & Process Leadership - Establish clear frameworks, standards, and processes that bring consistency across teams and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Industry Representation - Act as a visible ambassador for this client, strengthening the agency’s reputation and attracting new client opportunities.
  • Commercial Strategy - Build and oversee commercial models that drive profitability while ensuring value creation for clients.
  • Client Partnerships - Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, presenting strategies with confidence and shaping business decisions.
  • Business Development - Take ownership of leading new business pitches, with a proven track record of securing performance-focused wins.
  • Talent Development - Mentor senior team members, create career progression pathways, and cultivate a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Creative & Recognized Work - Guide the delivery of campaigns that achieve industry recognition and awards at both national and international levels.
