Planning Director - Opportunity for Equity

My client is seeking ambitious professionals at Associate to Director level to spearhead the launch of a new office in Scotland and establish a strong local presence. They are a forward-thinking firm that helps bring ambitious projects to life by blending creativity, technical expertise, and a people first approach. They partner with nationwide and high profile clients, offering the opportunity to work on projects that shape communities on a broad scale.

You’ll be entrusted with building a team within the area, enhancing their well regarded market reputation, and setting the foundation for future growth. This is a unique and exciting opportunity, backed by direct support and guidance from the Managing Director. While bringing an existing pipeline of work is not a requirement, a demonstrated ability to win new business and implement successful business development strategies is essential.
