Responsibilities

• Lead a wide range of planning projects, from strategic planning to development management
• Manage client relationships and project teams
• Provide expert advice on planning policy and legislation
• Represent clients in negotiations and consultations with local authorities and stakeholders
• Mentor the team and support their progression

Requirements

• MRTPI with extensive experience
• Experience in both forward planning and development management
• Team management
• Confident client facing and project management
• Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
• Business development experience
