Director Responsibilities:

* Lead a wide range of planning projects, from strategic planning to development management

* Manage client relationships and project teams

* Provide expert advice on planning policy and legislation

* Represent clients in negotiations and consultations with local authorities and stakeholders

* Mentor the team and support their progression

Director Requirements:

* MRTPI with extensive experience

* Experience in both forward planning and development management

* Team management

* Confident client facing and project management

* Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills

* Business development experience
