Public Sector Permanent Position Remote with travel to customer sites Competitive salary + benefits package We're recruiting for a Portfolio Director to lead and grow Public Sector engagements across a defined customer portfolio. You'll be responsible for developing and maintain client success and driving commercial growth. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for: Accountable for end-to-end delivery and customer satisfaction across key Public Sector accounts Lead and support Delivery Managers/Principals on successful project outcomes (time, scope, budget) Build and maintain senior relationships across UK Public Sector departments Drive pre-sales, bids, and account growth in collaboration with Sales Actively support business planning, forecasting, and governance activities Identify, create, and influence new opportunities within customer accounts, including driving pre-sales Hold accountability for successful account outcomes Coach, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across Digital, Data, and Cloud portfolios Requirements: Proven experience managing multi-million portfolios in Public Sector consulting or SI public sector customers Strong delivery leadership across complex tech change projects/programmes Commercial acumen - you will understand how to drive successful outcomes against revenue and gross profit targets, as well as accurate budgeting and forecasting Excellent stakeholder management Eligible for SC clearance (essential) ECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
