Are you a Veterinary Surgeon looking to make a real impact?

Looking to develop your leadership skills and have clinical autonomy?

Compass Associates is partnered with a growing veterinary organisation and is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join the leadership team at a partner level.

You:

Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeons with extensive clinical experience in a first opinion setting. Fully confident with routine procedures and able to handle medical cases. Passionate, driven, with a real drive to make a new practice their own. Solid UK clinical experience and interest in progressing into a managerial role.

The Practice:

Fully equipped with laboratory, diagnostic equipment, surgical facilities, ward spaces and a long-standing team. This first opinion site offers a great variety of patient care and supports continued development in people’s areas of interest.

As a new Director, you would develop the practice, working closely with the clinical and management teams, deciding on new equipment investments and supporting wider team development.

Parking on site is available for staff.

Process:

After an initial screening call, candidates will sign an NDA before disclosing specific practice finances.
