Job Description:

We are looking for a pricing practitioner, with experience in the UK and French general insurance markets, mainly in personal lines (commercial lines experience is considered a plus), to join Willis Towers Watson ICT Consulting as a consultant in our general insurance pricing practice. The role involves developing our pricing advisory capability in the UK and supporting our Paris office. You will work alongside some of the market’s top thought leaders designing and implementing innovative solutions to pricing and underwriting challenges faced by leading general insurers and intermediaries.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering top-tier pricing and underwriting capability reviews
• Building effective pricing models, tools, and processes using various data science techniques
• Designing and developing sophisticated MI and portfolio management capabilities
• Utilizing your market knowledge to develop advanced pricing solutions in collaboration with teams across Willis Towers Watson

Additional responsibilities:

• Building a market profile as a representative and advocate for Willis Towers Watson's pricing consulting services and technology solutions
• Managing significant work streams in large projects, including client communication and project oversight
• Collaborating on various projects and managing priorities effectively
• Developing trusted relationships with clients through effective communication and quality work execution
• Maintaining a broad skill set (technical, managerial, client-facing) through diverse assignments
• Interfacing with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments reflecting broader business issues
• Contributing to the development of the company’s intellectual capital and marketing strategies
• Developing and presenting proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our offerings
• Building internal relationships and collaborating on cross-functional teams
• Serving as a line manager or mentor to junior staff

This role can be based in Reigate or London, requiring flexibility to travel between these locations and to Paris if necessary.
