What does this role entail? Here is a very brief snapshot:

• Lead complex tax advisory projects
• Assist and manage recurring compliance services
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients building and maintain strong relationships
• Support the firm in business development
• Mentor and manage junior team members
• Monitor team performance, billing, and recoveries, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and profitably
• Maintain high standards of compliance and risk management, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
