This role leads procurement transformation across facilities management, real estate, and large-scale fit-out projects in EMEA.To apply & learn more please contact jobsoe@bramwithconsulting.co.ukWhy This Role Stands OutBoard-Level Influence: Contribute directly to strategic decisions alongside the regional CEO and COO, embedding procurement into the DNA of the business.Transformation Mandate: Lead the evolution of procurement across EMEA, driving governance, supplier frameworks, and commercial best practices with measurable impact.Growth Trajectory: Start as a standalone role with a clear path to build and lead a regional procurement team within 12–36 months.Strategic Scope: End-to-end leadership across supplier strategy, risk management, client-facing engagement, and ESG contribution.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and execute sourcing strategies across FM, Fit-Out, and construction projects in EMEA.Influence senior stakeholders (MDs, PMs, C-suite) to embed procurement as a strategic partner.Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance management across multiple geographies.Deliver transformation within your first 90 days—establishing governance, driving savings, and shaping procurement adoption.Represent procurement in client meetings and contribute to ESG and compliance initiatives.Define and build a regional procurement team to support future growth.What You’ll Bring10+ years’ experience in project procurement across FM, Fit-Out, Real Estate or Construction.Proven success in matrix environments driving change through influence, not hierarchy.Strong stakeholder management skills with the gravitas to engage at board level.Deep commercial acumen and market knowledge across EMEA.Fluency in French highly desirable.What Success Looks LikeProcurement embedded as a strategic lever across projects.Supplier frameworks and governance delivering measurable value.Stakeholder buy-in and adoption across key markets.Clear roadmap for team growth and procurement maturity.References to opportunity and contact details: If you are interested, please reach out to Bramwith Consulting for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
