Role and Responsibilities

As Product Director at MHR, you’ll set the vision and strategy for our software products, with a major focus on our new Finance platform, expanding our portfolio beyond Payroll and HR. You will leverage expertise in ERP, analytics, and modern platforms to define product roadmaps, validate market opportunities, and ensure our Finance solutions meet the highest standards of innovation, scalability, and customer value. Acting as the voice of the customer, you’ll shape intuitive and competitive products that strengthen MHR’s market presence.

Your Team You’ll lead and inspire the Finance Product Design team, collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure a unified product strategy and go-to-market approach. You’ll work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to embed Finance as a core part of our offering while fostering creativity, accountability, and cross-functional excellence.

Your Impact Your leadership will be central to the successful introduction and growth of MHR’s Finance platform. By driving innovation, building strategic partnerships, and leveraging market intelligence, you’ll elevate our product portfolio and ensure it meets evolving market needs.
